Buy Tickets

Our tickets are available online via:

2. At the Counter
- —On-site at the counter, during office hours (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM), at pre-sale price
- —At evening counters, subject to availability
In case of a sold-out concert, we do not maintain a waiting list and do not reserve tickets. Therefore, there are no tickets available on-site, neither in advance nor on the evening of the concert.
We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.
- • A surcharge up to CHF 5.- may be applied at the evening counter depending on the concert.
- • Prices are indicated as follows: pre-sale price / evening counter price (for example: 25.-/30.-).
General Terms of Sale
Esther House's general terms of sale are complementary to the provisions made by our ticketing service providers. They may therefore be more restrictive than those.
Our tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of an event without a rescheduled date.
In case of postponement of the event or change of venue, for any reason whatsoever, the tickets will remain valid for the new date and new venue. They will not be exchanged or refunded.
In case of cancellation of the event without a rescheduled date, tickets will be refunded at the points of sale where they were purchased within the deadline announced upon cancellation, but no later than 30 days after the original event date.
Esther House makes every effort to ensure that events are convivial and remain accessible to everyone. Access may only be granted provided that entry conditions and applicable health or safety standards are complied with at the time of the event. In case of failure or refusal to comply with these provisions, tickets will be neither exchanged nor refunded.

We recommend purchasing tickets only from our official ticketing platforms (Infomaniak) and under no circumstances from the secondary market. We accept no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers and entry may be refused.
